Launching a memecoin is easy, but almost none have anything behind them. On Top Floor, each token's trading fees fill its own treasury. The treasury copies a real trader, chosen by the creator, on Hyperliquid perps or in the memecoin trenches. Realized profit is paid out to holders, automatically, straight to their wallets.
Every buy and sell of a Top Floor token pays a 2% fee. It never goes to a person. It is split three ways by a contract, on both chains, always the same way.
Contracts are in development. Everything on this site describes the design; numbers in the app are labelled as examples until the contracts are live.
Decides whether holders are paid in SOL or ETH.
Starts on a Meteora DBC curve (Solana) or Pons V2 (Robinhood Chain). Fees go to the token's distribution contract, not a person.
Perps: a Hyperliquid trader. Memes: a wallet or Fomo trader. Fixed for life.
Freely chosen, no closed list. The creator can change it by signing with their wallet, at most every 24 hours.
65% copy wallet · 15% The Board · 20% platform token. Then launch.
Each token has its own independent system: its distribution contract, its wallet and its trading account. A wallet is never shared or used to pay for another token's trades, so a problem with one token never touches another token's capital.
The copy wallet holds USDC on Hyperliquid and mirrors the chosen trader: same margin percentage, same leverage, only new trades opened after the copy starts. Trading begins once the account holds $100 in capital.
The copy wallet mirrors a memecoin wallet or Fomo trader proportionally: if the trader sells 40%, the wallet sells 40%. At market, as fast as possible.
At a random, verifiable moment, drawn from the public drand beacon, every 2 to 4 days. Nobody, including the team, knows the moment in advance.
Holders, in proportion to their average balance over the period. Pools, bonding curves, system contracts and exchange wallets are excluded.
Directly to each holder's wallet in the chain's native coin: SOL on Solana, ETH on Robinhood Chain. No claim step.
| Share of each token's 2% fee | Goes to | Purpose | Cycle |
|---|---|---|---|
| 65% | Token copy wallet | Trading capital for that token; never withdrawable | About every 15 minutes |
| 15% | The Board (NFTs) | To each NFT "cell", in equal shares | Every 6 hours |
| 20% | Official platform token | Daily buyback and burn (PlatformBurner) | Every 24 hours |
| — | Holders | Realized profit from the copy wallet | Every 2–4 days, drand-timed |
No transfer is sent if its cost would exceed 1% of the amount transferred. Small amounts accumulate until the next cycle. This keeps gas and bridge fees from eating the distribution.
In Perps mode, the copy allocation is moved automatically into the token's own Hyperliquid account.
Both routes end in the token's HL account holding USDC.
A free mint on Robinhood Chain. The Board's only job is to receive fees. All 888 NFTs have identical economic rights.
Fees from Solana tokens are converted and sent to Robinhood Chain daily, subject to the 1% rule, so The Board and $TOPFLOOR both live on one chain.
| Share | Destination |
|---|---|
| 1% | NFT holders (The Board) |
| 1.5% | Buyback and burn of the official token itself |
| 0.5% | Future issuances and team |
Name and ticker · total supply and whether it is fixed · initial supply distribution · initial pool liquidity · maximum ETH per burn (never more than 5 ETH) · launch method and date · additional utilities, if any. The official token lives on Robinhood Chain, next to The Board and PlatformBurner; the reference launch is on Pons V2.
Same 65 / 15 / 20 distribution and the same profit rule on both chains. The infrastructure differs.

No one, not the creator, the team or an operator, can withdraw capital from a treasury. Only realized profit goes out, and only to holders.
On Hyperliquid, each account's key can trade but not withdraw. Treasury keys can only sign a restricted list of operations.
Per-token distribution, PlatformBurner and The Board are immutable, unpausable, and have fixed destinations.
Every token has its own wallet and account. A token never trades its own token.
Distributions, random draws, burns and bridge movements are published on the transparency page.
Payment moments come from the drand beacon, a public source of verifiable random numbers. The draw and its proof are published with each payment.
